What we coat

Component families we process

We are a job coater — we coat parts you supply and return them finished. The gallery above shows real production samples across these component families.

Fasteners

Hex bolts, flange bolts, socket heads, studs, screws and special fasteners. Our largest volume — zinc flake coating is specified for grade 10.9 and above because it avoids hydrogen embrittlement while preserving thread fit.

U-Bolts & Clamps

Suspension U-bolts, pipe clamps, band clamps and cable clamps for automotive chassis, exhaust systems and industrial piping. Zinc flake provides uniform coverage on bends and threaded ends.

Stampings & Sheet Metal

Brackets, plates, pressed parts and formed sheet metal components. Zinc alkaline plating gives the most uniform coverage on complex pressed geometry; zinc flake is used where higher corrosion life is specified.

Springs & Circlips

Coil springs, disc springs, wave springs, retaining rings and circlips. These parts demand a coating process that does not introduce hydrogen embrittlement — zinc flake and zinc thermal diffusion are the standard choices.

Ball Studs & Pins

Ball studs for suspension and steering linkages, dowel pins, roll pins and clevis pins. Coating must not build up on precision surfaces — thin-film zinc flake handles this without masking.

ABS Rings & Tone Wheels

Anti-lock braking system reluctor rings and tone wheels. These need corrosion protection that does not interfere with the magnetic signal — zinc flake coating with a non-conductive top coat is the typical specification.

Bushings & O-Rings

Metal bushings, spacers and O-ring carriers. Where friction control matters, a PTFE or lubricated top coat is applied over the corrosion-protection layer to deliver both durability and controlled sliding behaviour.

Brake Components

Drum brake hardware, adjuster assemblies and anchor pins. Zinc nickel plating is frequently specified here for its elevated-temperature performance and compatibility with aluminium in mixed-metal brake assemblies.

Which coating suits which component?

The choice depends on the part's strength class, operating environment, mating material and the customer's corrosion-life requirement. As a general guide:
